Cancellation Policy

Travel Fee For appointments at the customer’s location within 15 miles of our home studio located at 78240, San Antonio, there is no additional travel fee. For appointments beyond 15 miles, an additional travel fee will be added to the total cost of the service after the booking is confirmed. The fee will be calculated based on the distance from our studio to the customer's location. Cancellation Policy 24 Hours Before Appointment: Customers may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund. Up to 8 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made up to 8 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund. Less Than 8 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy Customers can reschedule their appointment up to 8 hours before the original appointment time without any additional fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 8 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will follow the cancellation refund policy. Customer Responsibilities Customers are expected to adhere to the preparation guidelines provided by Orah Glow to ensure the best possible results from the spray tanning service. Preparation guidelines include but are not limited to: exfoliating the skin, avoiding lotions or oils before the appointment, and wearing loose-fitting clothing after the session. Liability Disclaimer Orah Glow is not liable for any issues that arise from the customer’s failure to comply with the preparation guidelines. Customers must follow the provided instructions to achieve optimal results. Acknowledgment: I have read this consent form carefully and confirm that I am not aware of any medical conditions, allergies, or other reasons that would prevent me from using sunless tanning. I understand the proper use of the sunless application, am aware of the risks involved, and use it at my own risk. In consideration of the spray tanning services provided by Orah Glow, I waive, release, hold harmless, and discharge Orah Glow from all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities related to my use of their spray tanning services. I assume all risks associated with the spray tanning services under this Agreement and Release and agree to release the owners and operators from any damages incurred.
